Paige
Hi, I’m Paige, and I have a background in acting and musical theatre. I first graduated from Millennium Performing Arts College and then completed my degree in theatre at Guilford School of Acting.
A little about me: I‘m dog-obsessed, enjoy crime documentaries, and could live on ice cream! I love working at Huzzah, and I have always had a strong passion for teaching children.
My classes are infused with energy, positivity, and ample opportunities for every child to flourish. Witnessing students gain new skills and confidence is truly incredible, and I love being a helping hand on their journey.
Lauren
Hey! My name's Lauren, I trained at RCSSD and graduated in 2017. I love teaching because I learn from the students as much as they learn from me, and they always come up with the most fun and imaginative ideas!
I always wanted to teach drama because it's accessible for everyone and gives everyone an opportunity to play, which is something that sometimes gets lost as you grow up! I also love seeing the students' confidence grow.
I love weightlifting and all sorts of fun activities like bowling and golf, and I go crazy for arcade games! I love travelling and would love to visit New York someday as I love the theatre.
My favourite season is Autumn as I love crisp weather, all the colours, hot chocolate and of course my favourite holiday, Halloween!
Anna Sofia
I am from a small town in the Italian Alps and trained as Actress in Barcelona and London. Where I'm from we speak Italian and a funny German dialect no one can understand.
What I love most about teaching is sharing my love for storytelling and seeing that twinkle in the kids eyes when they are proud of what they have created.
My superpowers are making people laugh and learning new languages!
When I grow up I want to be an explorer, and travel to every country in the world! I think if I could choose any country to live in it would be a different one each year!
Gabbi
Hi, I’m Gabriela and I trained at the Urdang Academy and graduated with a BA Hons in Musical theatre and Dance.
I have been teaching for over 10 years and absolutely love working for Huzzah!
The work ethic I received whilst training is definitely something I try to install in my classes whilst making sure they’re super fun and exciting.
Seeing students improve in confidence or skill is definitely something I love as a teacher.
I have always wanted to be in the performing arts world - even as a child -I’ve been dancing since I was 2 and performing in a musical theatre company since 9. There is nothing I enjoy more.
If I wasn’t performing/teaching I think I would have followed the football route; not that it’s any easier, but that’s definitely a second passion I’ve recently got back into.
I look forward to seeing you in my class!
Sophie
Hiya! I’m Sophie and I trained at East 15 in Acting & Community Theatre. I then spent a year in a SEN school as a TA and found I loved watching my students pick up new skills and figure out the world. After my year was up, it seemed only natural to combine the two and teach some drama, especially since I never grew out of loving drama games!
When I was Huzzah Student Age, I had yet to decide between being a famous singer, a famous actor, or a famous writer, but I was usually fairly confident I could do all three. I’ve decided since, that I could do without the fame part, but I have managed to figure out a career that lets me do a bit of the singing, acting and writing.
Outside of drama, I keep myself entertained with the PS4 and crafts, and I am occasionally let loose on a DIY project (usually with minimum casualties).
Giorgia
Ciao!
My name is Giorgia and I’m a professional actor, trained at the International School of Screen Acting, in East London. I was introduced to the world of teaching when I was offered to hold an acting workshop in English for the students of La Traccia High School in my hometown back in Italy.
I then decided to try and work also with children, and I have to say: I love it!
Their genuine creativity and imagination allow me to become anything I want to be - just by playing together.
When I was younger I wanted to be a hairdresser, the drummer of a female rock band and an astronaut. All at the same time.
I love travelling and, as a true Italian foodie, I love trying local food everywhere I go.
I’m so grateful for Huzzah and I can’t wait to meet more incredible and talented kids!
